The newest residential project from Paradise InfoTech is this massive 12k square foot residence on prestigious Mt Helix. The owners of this home have used us on their previous three homes and decided that they wanted to install a full automation system in this home as well.

 

We've integrated every portion of the house we can, utilizing ELAN as our control platform.  We have tied in audio, video, climate, lighting, security, irrigation, surveillance and pool control.

Outdoor Audio: 3 zones of outdoor music utilizing Episode Landscape speakers and subwoofers and in-pool speakers

Theater: 7.2.4 Dolby Atmos enabled theater utilizing Episode HT950 speakers and JTR subwoofers with Speakercraft AIM272 In ceiling speakers as the Atmos channels
Climate: 10 climate zones using Aprilaire 8800 touchscreen thermostats remote mounted in the rack room
Lighting: 100 lighting loads including landscape lights, LED dimmers and fans
Security: Integration with a Honeywell Alarm panel to allow complete control of the alarm system from inside or outside the home
Irrigation: Integration with Hunter irrigation panels for easy to use scheduling and control of irrigation
Surveillance: 8 Wirepath IP cameras and a 8 channel NVR keep watch over the property
Pool: Integration with the Pentair pool system allows control of all lights pumps and valves
